1. Bus transportation from Airport to Binus Square (14th Oct) and back (19th Oct), Official accomodation to Tarumanagara  University and back.
2. 5 nights accomodation at Binus Square (2 person in one room : with WIFI at the lobby, sheets and pillows, but no towels or toiletries )
3. Facilities : Swimming pool, Bilyards, Gym, Outdoor sport area, Games room, Reading Room, etc
4. 3 meals a day for 5 days ( breakfast and dinner with buffet style, lunch with mealbox )
5. Filler Activities :  Indonesian traditional dance class, night tour of Jakarta, (have to sign up with limited places)
6. Dinner with Cultural Show (before Awards Presentation Closing Ceremony)
7. Certificates : Certificate of Participation, Certificate of Award Recipients/
8. Certificate Appreciation for Teachers)

2. Payment should be made via the group leader in each country.
3. We strongly recommend you to purchase health and property insurance for your group members, before attending the 13th IRO2011 event. Medical expense in Indonesia can be extremely expensive.
4. Participants Registration must be submitted before 12nd November 2011
5. Payment (nett, excluding all Bank charges) must be received before 19th November 2011
6. Failure to fulfill the above procedures and deadlines will be considered a cancellation
7. Cancellation fee amounting to 50% of total fee will be imposed to written cancellation request received before 19th November 2011
8. No refunds will be made after 19th November 2011
